Mentorship
A structured 10–12 month mentor–mentee programme for EO Noida members across Delhi NCR.
How the programme works
EO Mentorship is deliberately structured rather than informal. Mentees are matched with a trained EO mentor, both sign a mentorship agreement, and the pair works to three to five specific goals over a 10–12 month cycle with monthly sessions. The programme is run by the chapter for members based across Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad, and closes with a formal review of what changed — in the business and in the founder.
Inside the mentorship cycle
Matched pairing
Mentees are matched with an experienced EO member based on goals, industry and stage.
Written agreement
Both sides sign a mentorship agreement covering goals, cadence and confidentiality.
10–12 months
A defined start and end — typically monthly sessions over ten to twelve months.
Goal-led
Three to five specific leadership or business goals set at the start and tracked throughout.
Trained mentors
Mentors complete EO mentorship training before taking on a mentee.
Formal close-out
The relationship ends with a structured review of outcomes and next steps.
