Qualify
Membership Criteria
EO is intentionally selective. Members lead real businesses at real scale, which is what makes the room worth being in.
Founder, owner or controlling shareholder
You are the founder, co-founder, owner or controlling shareholder of your company.
US$1 million in annual gross revenue
You hold one of those titles at a company grossing more than US$1 million annually.
Venture-backed alternative
Privately raised funds of US$2 million or publicly raised funds of US$5 million with at least 10 full-time employees. Venture-backed companies have three years to meet the US$1 million revenue standard.
No age limit
There is no age criteria to join EO Noida, and you cannot “age out” of the organisation.
Board review
Meeting the qualifications does not automatically guarantee membership — every application is reviewed by the chapter board.

EO members share real experience rather than advice, through confidential Forum groups, learning events and executive education programs.
- Who can join EO Noida?
- Membership is open to founders, co-founders, owners or controlling shareholders of a company grossing more than US$1 million in annual revenue. - What is EO Accelerator?
- EO Accelerator is EO's program for entrepreneurs whose businesses have not yet reached US$1 million in annual revenue. It provides structured learning days, accountability groups and mentorship designed to help participants scale past the US$1 million mark. Successful Accelerator participants can graduate into full EO membership.
