What is an EO Forum?
An EO Forum is a confidential peer group of 8–10 EO Noida members who meet once a month, for several hours, in strict confidence. Members present the real issues in front of them — a partnership breakdown, a funding decision, a health scare, a succession question — and the group responds using the Gestalt protocol: each person shares only their own lived experience and what it cost them, never advice or opinion. Every Forum is led by a trained moderator, and Forums are deliberately built so no two members compete, sell to or invest in each other. For most members across Noida, Delhi and Gurgaon, Forum becomes the single highest-value hour of the month.
How Forum works
8–10 members
Each Forum is a small group of founders with no competitors, clients or investors in the room.
Monthly meetings
Half-day sessions every month, plus an annual Forum retreat — attendance is a commitment, not an option.
Gestalt protocol
Members speak only from their own experience: "here's what happened to me" instead of "here's what you should do".
Strict confidentiality
Everything shared stays in the room. That single rule is what makes real candour possible.
Trained moderators
